Anthropologie displays

I love Anthropologie not only their clothing. When I visit the store on Regent Street every time, I feel like I was in an exhibition venue. All the displays are so well-thought and lovely. This time, the rope knotting display was really catching my eyes. Mixing different strings and ropes with many knotting techniques. I wonder how long it took for it.

My New Travel Card Holder

I have been tired with my old travel card holder for ages. Recently, I just came up with some new ideas on crossstitch patterns, so I decided to make my own travel card holder with embroidering the Transport for London logo on it. I love the logo as it is simple and easy to be recognized. I used chambray and striped fabric as contrasts to the shell natural linen fabric. I also designed a small label for this accessory.

My Sister's Sheer Silk Polka Dot Blouse

I think this is my sister's style.

Retro romantic collarless blouse. 

Silk cotton polka dot fabric mixes with ivory French silk chiffon.

French seams inside workmanship. 

All button holes and hems binding sewn by hand.

Fastened by natural shell buttons. 

My Uncle's Trousers

I like making trousers, love the detailing on tailored trousers. I remember my uncle had a very cool one. So I decided to re-produce it. I kept all the details and craftsmanship of the trousers. Inside centre back seam and out side seams finished with black binding. Saddle stitches on waistband, pocket entries and fly. Blind catch stitch for the hems. Nevertheless, I added some red hand stitching details on back pocket flaps and center front buckle to make it more interesting.
